Ting Maison offers free U.S. domestic shipping on orders over $250. For faster delivery, please select Expedited Shipping option when checking out. Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled.

14-Day Exchanges and Returns Policy
At Ting Maison, each piece is made with care, quality and intention. To help you find the best fit, we provided a comprehensive size guide for every product. If you need further assistance, please contact us before making a purchase at support@thetingmaison.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
We understand that, on occasion, an exchange or return may be necessary. We accept items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible for exchange or return.
To request an exchange or return, please contact us at support@thetingmaison.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
We are happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same style and color, provided that new size is available. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back.
If an entire order is returned, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help cover initial order processing and return handling costs. If you choose an exchange or store credit, or only a portion of an entire order is returned, the restocking fee will not apply.
Please be aware that return and exchange must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order. We kindly suggest trying on your pieces as soon as they arrive to avoid any delays in case a return or exchange is needed.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.
